KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment service issues Perform repairs, installations and preventive maintenance Offer technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person service calls Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Provide basic training and maintenance tips to customers and customer's staff Organize and manage daily work assignments Respond promptly to customer requests Maintain accurate records and prepare reports following installations and service calls Overnight travel may be required Participate in on-going product training Able to lift 75lbs Must have excellent communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., photonics, technology) or equivalent experience. Relevant experience in field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
