We're representing a nationally awarded civil engineering firm with a culture-first mission - hiring a Transportation Civil Engineer to lead roadway and infrastructure projects across southwest Ohio.
This is a career-growth role with strong technical ownership, direct client interaction, and long-term upside - including an internal ownership track and full medical paid by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plan production for ODOT/local roadway & infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with municipal clients, contractors, and consultants
- Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to team mentorship
- Work closely with senior leadership on public-sector design work
Must-Have Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- PE license or on PE track
- 1-15 years of experience in roadway, utilities, or traffic design
- Civil 3D proficiency
- Strong communication and internal ownership mindset
