Full-service Civil Engineering firm seeking a Lead Transportation Engineer for their Indianapolis office!Responsibilities: Lead Design Team
Manage projects from startto finish
Prepare project proposals
Provide/manage quality control on design deliverables
Develop/mentor junior staff to advance their skill sets
Serve as client contact, communicating on a regular basis, and meeting with them as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
8+ years of experience
PE registration
Project management experience
Preferred INDOT certified Pavement Designer
Preferred INDOT certified Utility Coordinator
