About Us:
We are a rapidly growing cleanroom construction specialist and a nationally recognized leader in controlled environments. We are looking for a dedicated Traveling Field Engineer to join our team and support HVAC and controls systems across high-tech facilities, including cleanrooms, dry rooms, and precision labs.
What You’ll Do:
- Start up, commission, and troubleshoot HVAC and DDC systems on-site.
- Perform system balancing, diagnostics, and sensor calibration.
- Work on chillers, AHUs, humidifiers, and cleanroom-grade components.
- Interpret wiring schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Travel to job sites across the U.S. for new builds and upgrades—expect up to 85% travel.
- Provide remote technical support and follow up with customers as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
- HVAC trade school certification or equivalent technical background.
- 5+ years of experience with DDC, airside, and mechanical system service.
- Experience in regulated, precision, or cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and independent fieldwork capability.
- Proficiency with tablets, laptops, and digital service tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel 85% of the time.
