Strong knowledge and experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading MongoDB databases, as well as general administration. Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading Ops manager. Schema design, performance tuning, query optimization, backup solutions (Physical and Logical) Replica set (elections, read/write concerns, arbiters) etc. Managing MongoDB Oplog and journals. Design indexing strategies and Sharding (choosing a good shard key, balancer, moving chunks, zoning shard with pre-split chunks, etc.).
