Position Summary Leads Process Improvement tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses within a Distribution Center, aligned with Network Process Structure using Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.

Applies new network One Best Way playbooks and contributes to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication. Leads savings projects by removing losses from processes. Supports company policies, initiatives, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Assists with tactical deployment of WPS methodology, manages project execution of top losses, and helps build capability among managers and associates. Supports loss profile analysis, develops gap analysis for WPS integration, and collaborates with Department Managers on projects, engagement, and KPI improvements. Maintains relationships with stakeholders, supports plans to meet customer and business needs, and promotes continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition. Ensures compliance with policies and supports the company's mission and values. The annual salary range is $104,000 - $156,000, with additional bonuses and possible location-based pay adjustments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical skills, process or value stream simulation knowledge, and demonstrated project ownership leading to sustainable savings.
