UX Engineer II

Were seeking a UX Engineer II to join the ModeDS (Motion Development and Design Systems) team to help craft high-quality, consistent experiences across Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, and Engage.

We are uniquely positioned between Design and Engineering, which provides us the opportunity to tackle UX challenges holistically, especially in an era where AI is reshaping how we design, build, and ship. You will collaborate with partners across products and disciplines, including Product Design, Research, Engineering, and Product Management.

You will support our design system by developing features with an eye for accessibility and polish. You will also have the opportunity to help evolve our design-to-code workflows by introducing new tooling and automation into our systems. Our goal is to create deeper efficiencies in our system and between Design and Engineering.
