What You'll Do As a VDC Project Engineer , you'll play a key role in digitally integrating our project workflows from design to execution. Your work will support our field and office teams by bridging technology and construction to enhance communication, visualization, and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Develop and coordinate BIM models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Lead clash detection and resolve design coordination issues. Generate 4D simulations by linking models to project schedules. Implement cutting-edge technology (AR/VR, drones, laser scanning) to streamline field operations. Provide hands-on training and support to project teams and subcontractors. Assist with preconstruction coordination, constructability reviews, and model-based visualization for field use.

What We're Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant VDC/BIM experience preferred. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Familiarity with Civil 3D, Dynamo, Enscape, Power BI, and AR/VR platforms is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communicator with great organizational and problem-solving abilities. Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
