Hardware Systems Engineer

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and refining hardware components and systems that support the clients networks and devices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative, cost-effective, and reliable products. This includes integration of acquired voice platforms to system standards and partnering with commercial sales to align commercial product standards. This position also plays a critical role in maintaining product catalogs to ensure seamless deployment, and integration. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

Voice Product: Lead the deployment and integration of acquired voice platforms to single company standards. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to ensure superior customer experience and accountability. Subject matter expert for current government voice provider standards.

Commercial Product: Collaborate with commercial sales to review and confirm product standards and capacity evaluation to support new customer product.

Fixed Wireless Product: Develop fixed wireless product catalog and alignment with fixed wireless engineering on customer implementation.

Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, operations, finance, and engineering to ensure smooth integration of all systems and components.

Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to all product offerings, maintain detailed product catalog for all product lines. Maintain a standard product catalog for residential and commercial applications.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all systems adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company-specific guidelines. Stay up to date with the latest best practices in systems integration and infrastructure management.

Project Management: Manage the deployment of hardware and software components across multiple market distributed networks and/or data center locations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
