Job Title: Workday Security Engineer Experience: 4-6 years Location: Minneapolis MN
Role Overview: We're seeking a Workday Security Engineer to build, configure and maintain Workday Security across our platform. You'll partner with product and technology teams to ensure compliance, optimize access controls, and implement best practices that protect our Workday environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on Agile engineering teams to plan, develop and deliver Workday security features. Design, configure, test, debug and document complex security configurations in Workday and Workday HCM. Execute security strategy, implement configurations and maintain ongoing platform security. Review large-scale technology solutions to align with business goals and enterprise architecture. Advise on industry best practices and leverage new Workday capabilities to support new initiatives. Partner with cross-functional HR Tech product teams to drive security initiatives to completion. Qualifications: 4-6 years of Workday Security (including HCM) implementation and support. Strong understanding of enterprise security principles and Workday configuration. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
