You will provide critical input to improve producibility and support long-term transition to production, and lead rapid responses to design defects, part non-conformance, and emergent rework.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing manufacturing plans for development and prototype hardware, including machining, welding, assembly, and first-cut processes
  • Providing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to improve producibility and support long-term transition to production
  • Leading rapid responses to design defects, part non-conformance, and emergent rework, including on-the-fly planning and machining process changes
  • Serving as a liaison to development program teams, supporting labor estimating, planning reviews, and weekly/biweekly status reporting
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing plans and delivery of high-quality products
