You'll work alongside top industry professionals on impactful projects involving sanitary sewer systems and potable water distribution system modeling across the Mid-Atlantic region.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute hydraulic modeling projects for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
  • Develop, calibrate, and update hydraulic and hydrologic models using software such as InfoWorks, WaterGEMS, XPSWMM, EPA-SWMM, and KY Pipe
  • Analyze system performance, identify deficiencies, and recommend planning/design solutions
  • Create detailed technical deliverables, including hydraulic calculations, reports, and presentations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for modeling assignments
  • Support proposal development and prepare scopes of work for modeling and planning projects
  • Coordinate and guide junior staff, including mentoring on modeling techniques and QA/QC processes
  • Collaborate directly with clients and attend project meetings to provide expert consulting support
  • Prepare and compile contract documents, cost estimates, and design packages
  • Participate in master planning efforts and long-term infrastructure planning for public agencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 810+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience with a focus on hydraulic modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWorks, WaterGEMS, KY Pipe, EPA-SWMM, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of engineering standards, municipal regulations, and design codes
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
