The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a key player in my client's family owned business. Description Interact with machine operators and other engineering personnel to provide guidance and training, as well as troubleshoot production issues Be hands on on the manufacturing floor, identifying areas for process improvement Lead/implement new capital projects, including layout of new machinery Design and modify tooling and fixtures for CNC machinery as needed, using SolidWorks Profile Need an engineer with a background in a relevant manufacturing environment Experience designing fixtures/tooling Bilingual in English/Spanish Background in 3D modeling, SolidWorks strongly preferred Background/knowledge of investing in new capital equipment and troubleshooting machinery (set up, work instructions) Experience working with/troubleshooting CNC machinery Comes from a metal fabrication or manufacturing background/environment Job Offer Base salary $85,000-$105,000 depending on level of experience Quarterly profit share bonus, 7-10% payout 4% 401(K) match 3 weeks PTO 11 company holidays Health benefits through BCBS MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
