As our new senior-level Transportation Engineer or Planner, you will play an important role on a team whose work is essential to achieving this goal.

Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location. • Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities:

• Winning work and identifying future opportunities • Manage client relationships • Collaborating across disciplines • Public outreach and engagement with strong communication and presentation skills • Developing creative yet realistic solutions • Staff management • Meeting project schedules on-budget • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs

Qualifications/Education/Memberships:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Planning, Urban Planning, or related field • 7+ years of increasingly responsible professional experience • Professional Engineer or Professional Transportation Planner preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and convey information clearly and concisely • Familiarity with local, state, and federal guidelines/standards, policies, and procedures • Desire to be on the forefront of the evolving transportation planning field • Familiarity with emerging best-practices/guidelines in transportation, smart cities, micro-mobility, and urban transportation • Valid driver’s license • Willing to travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel • Critical thinking and strong communication skills (graphic, written, and interpersonal) • Efficient, thorough, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality work • Ability to establish, manage, maintain and grow client relationships • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment across numerous disciplines
