This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Okta solutions within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. Responsibilities include advanced configuration, troubleshooting, developing customized solutions, leading projects, migrating users and applications, ensuring system integration, and supporting teams. Overall Purpose This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Okta solutions within our IAM space, including configuration, troubleshooting, and customization. It requires leading projects, migrating users and applications, and ensuring seamless system integration. This is a 12-month contract. Essential Functions Support Okta Workforce and CIAM platforms and integrations. Evaluate IAM structure, configurations, and applications; recommend enhancements. Promote IAM best practices and document security standards with architects. Manage IAM environments, performing administration, maintenance, and support. Ensure repeatable onboarding processes for IAM/MFA applications. Build relationships with stakeholders for timely delivery. Monitor IAM platforms proactively to prevent or minimize issues. Follow compliance protocols, including change management and policy enforcement. Lead and develop high-performing teams. Provide technical documentation for platform integrations. Support risk management and data security initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years supporting, maintaining, and integrating IAM environments. Experience managing IdP environments. Experience with OAuth, REST API, and CIAM Live Service applications. Knowledge of IAM platforms and integrations. Experience implementing multi-factor authentication solutions. Expertise in SSO protocols like SAML 2.0, OIDC, SWA. Strong skills in SCIM, HR system integration, and MFA profile sourcing. Effective organizational and communication skills. Comfort with Windows and MacOS environments. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Background and drug screening clearance. Preferred Qualifications Okta Certified Consultant. Other IAM or security certifications. Experience with MS Active Directory, on-prem, Azure, or AWS Managed AD.
