We are seeking experienced SREs with expertise in infrastructure as a service, Kubernetes, GitOps, K8s Operator development, and platform security. The Fleetnet SRE role is diverse, with broad responsibilities and impact. If you're a motivated software engineer passionate about infrastructure, security, and reliability, this position is a great fit for you. What You'll Do Design and develop software that enables rapid prototyping while ensuring high reliability and availability. Lead the migration of large-scale, distributed fleet applications to cloud-native microservices. Influence architectural decisions focusing on security, scalability, and performance. Automate infrastructure build and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and other orchestration tools in a hybrid-cloud environment. Establish and maintain monitoring, metrics, and reporting systems for observability and alerting. What You'll Bring Experience in building and maintaining SaaS infrastructure. Expertise with Linux, networking, storage, virtualization, and automation tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Chef. Experience setting up and supporting CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Java. Ability to scale through data-driven capacity planning in physical data centers and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills. A collaborative mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and ownership.
