Job Description Duration: 6 Months Location: West Orange, NJ Immediate Interview Job Summary Subject matter experts in SharePoint, Windows, UNIX, and Exchange provide guidance on integrating these platforms with strategic solutions for recertification, access requests, and access provisioning. The Software Development Engineer designs, develops, and configures standard software based on platform-specific technology to deliver solutions and processes for the business units within the Bank. Responsibilities Designs application components to meet business requirements and documents the design of UNIX/Windows/SharePoint metadata, groups, ACLs. Defines the integration strategy including rationale, environment requirements, and determines the product-component integration sequence. Assesses and identifies mitigation strategies for risks, including those related to high-level design, integration, and data quality. Contributes to the definition of development and software standards to implement/reflect database guidelines (naming conventions, encryption, security settings) and ensures standards are adhered to. Ensures architectural changes (as defined by Architects) are implemented. Evaluates new products, including prototyping (potentially on behalf of Architects), and recommends new products. Contributes to problem and root cause analysis. Experience Experience with IAM tools. Ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines and in challenging settings. Strong experience with UNIX design. Ability to analyze business requirements, design logical data models, and system functions.
