What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with Finance Leaders and Data Engineering teams to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Warehouse/Lake - Lead design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are efficiently designed - Develop and implement solutions for data ingestion and transformation projects using ETL/ELT tools - Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals - Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews
What is Required (Qualifications): - 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP) - 5+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse - Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT - Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications - Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies - Familiarity with cloud data solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
