What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide expertise in building and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to enhance FP&A processing and analytics - Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a strategic vision and roadmap for the Finance Data Warehouse - Lead design sessions and ensure that systems are efficient and meet business expectations - Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions while sharing best practices across teams - Support the implementation of a governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications): - 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications - Strong working knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and optimize queries - Deep understanding of Finance functions and FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart - Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
